1955 Ford F-series F-250 Custom cab!!! This is a rare f-250 (not many around) custom cab. I drive this vehicle almost every day and recieve compliments everytime I drive her. If you look at the other original trucks form this era for sale, this one is one of the nicest. V-8 y-block with a 3 speed granny low transmission. all chrome and emblems are there and all glass is in tact and windows roll down properly. Tires have about 90% tread left. Engine: -V-8 y block that runs great and doesnt smoke, I believe it was rebuilt a while back. -Rebuilt carbuerator -12-vot conversion with proper Ford generator -New Fuel Pump and filter -New crankcase filter and gasket -New plugs, wires, and cap -Has dual exhaust with glasspack style mufflers -Brakes have plenty of meat on them and stop perfectly Body and Interior -The body is in great shape with only one rust spot by the passengers door (see picture) and two small dents. Originally the body was red but somewhere along the way it was painted white. I went over it with a flat white. Overall the body is 8 out of 10 and the paint is less then a 10 footer. - The bed has all new wood that has a bunch of coats of clear sealer. - The interior is in great shape for its age, it was redone at one point but and does show some wear. -All the running lights and turn signals work, and the turn signal lenses are brand new oem. - The rear glass and passenger glass are brand new, although the window gaskets are dry and old. -Fuel gauge and battery gauge work, but none of the other gauges work -Has original AM tube radio (not hooked up) -All knobs and bezels are there but some arent hooked up -Has windshield wiper motor but not hooked up. -EVERYTHING THAT CAME WITH THE TRUCK ORIGINALLY IS STILL IN IT!!!! NO REPLACING EXPENSIVE LITTLE PARTS!!!!!! This truck is in great shape, I have put a lot of time and money into it, but I have lost my job and must sell it. Compare this one to the others for sale and you will see the difference. As with any old vintage style truck somethings don't work, and you will have to work on it, but don't be afraid this truck is awesome. The previous owner bought this truck from pick-n-pull so it does have a rebuild title, but there is no damage anywhere. I have the truck for sale locally and may end the auction early if sold local.
