I am selling my 2008 GTI with DSG transmission and paddle shifters. It's got 115xxx miles on it and is my daily driver. Has power windows/locks/sunroof, 6 cd/mp3 changer, satellite radio, aux jack, stock GTI mats and GTI gorilla gear mats, roof rack, tilting/telescopic steering wheel. It also has 17" BBS rims and low profile tires. I have the bentley service manual [around $100] that I'll throw in as well if you are interested in doing any services to the car. I need to get a truck for work. The only modifications to the car are an APR stage 1 tune and an eurojet cold air intake. Currently needs a new A/C compressor and has an intermittent check engine light that comes on. The car has had both of the cams, cam follower, and housing replaced and after the repair a code p0011 [cam A sensor faulty] pops up every once in the while. I've had it back to the dealership twice, once to the replace the sensor and then another follow up, and they have found no fault in the system. They have told me that due to the tune, I would need to get a new ECU to stop the code from coming on but other than that should cause no problems. I have all service records on hand [maintenance, cam issue, and dsg replacement after recall] and a clean title. Interior is in fantastic condition and the exterior looks great too. There are only minor scratches on the bumper and on the hood from lots of highway miles. I'm asking for $8000 which is 2 grand under bluebook.
