NO RESERVE!!!! NO RESERVE!!! High Bidder Wins!! This is probably the cleanest 330i available on the market today. There are literally no dents, scratches, rock chips, tears, etc. No matter what your age, you would be proud to be driving this car. Here is the story behind this car. My Brother-in-law got his dealers license last year. He got his license mostly as a hobby, he wanted to buy and sell a few cars a year, no big car lot, no financing, just wanted to legally buy and sell cars and be able to purchase from the dealer auctions. I have a daughter that is turning 16 this year so I ask my Brother-in Law if he would take me to the dealer auction to purchase a car for my daughter. I had in mind that I would buy a new model Toyota Rav 4 or similar vehicle. On the day that we were going to the auction he told me that he had to go inspect a couple of cars that the insurance company was selling to dealers only. The cars that he was going to inspect had been involved in accidents and he was interested to look at one of the cars. When we got to the lot where the insurance vehicles were I seen this BMW sitting there. It was missing the front bumper and there was a dent in the hood. I ask him about the car and he said he could buy that car and have it repaired for less than I was planning to spend at the dealer auction on the Toyota. I got excited because this car was so nice and had very little damage so I ask him to buy it. We started the car right there, it ran great. He made an offer on the car and the insurance company accepted his bid. We and drove it onto a trailer, then straight to the body shop in New Braunfels. The car was finished a week later and it looks and runs like new. Here is the problem: this is not a car that I should have bought for my 16 year old daughter. The car is ridiculously fast. It looks like a $50,000 car and drives like a rocket on rails. My wife was not happy with my decision from day one and after she drove the car she said “she will kill herself in this” (meaning my daughter). Enough said. If there is any way that I could a justify keeping this car for myself I would, believe me I have thought about it a lot. Even my Brother-in-law said he would keep it for himself if he could afford it, and he does not get attached to cars very easy. I agreed with my wife to sell the car this week, no matter what the price. I really hope that I do not lose money on this but I will let the "no reserve" auction play out either way. The highest bidder will win this auction, regardless of the price! I should add a note about the title. When we first got the car from the insurance company it came with a rebuild-able title. Now that the repairs have been completed the State of Texas will issue a standard title for this car. There will be a remark in the comment section that says “rebuilt” but the title will be no different than any other car. You can still get financing and you can still get full coverage insurance. I know this because I spoke with the insurance company and I went to the tax office (where cars are registered in Texas) in Comal County and they confirmed this for me. There is nothing wrong with this car, everything works. If someone tried to guess the age of this car they would say it is less than two years old. NO RESERVE!!! Please don’t ask me what the “buy it now” price is. I want to let the auction run its course. The car will sell for whatever the market will bring. Someone is going to be very happy when they win this car.If you want to inspect this car in person you are welcome to do so. It is located in New Braunfels Texas.
