THE HISTORY The X3 3.0SI Sport Activity Vehicle has only 44,624 miles on it. The VIN is WBXPC934X8WJ20490. It was special ordered by one of BMW North America's corporate executives and used as his personal vehicle. After enoying this X3 for about 8 months, it was turned into Braman BMW and it was sold by Braman BMW on March 4th of 2009 with just 13,473 miles on the odometer to it's first retail owner. This owner lived in Miami Florida and purchased this X3 on a 36 month lease. This one and only orignal owner kept the X3 normally serviced and maintained at Braman BMW. After enoying this X3 3.0SI for the term of the lease, in March of 2012 and with just 44,598 miles on the odometer, this one and only original owner lease end turned in this X3 3.0SI and leased a brand new X3 at Braman BMW in Miami Florida. She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 80 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage although it does have a few stone chips and a few surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The paint is still deep and glossy. The interior shows very little wear... the leather looks very clean and is still plush. The carpeting is still plush and free of any significant staining or tearing. The wood trim is free of any fade or cracking. Some of the rims have some curb rash. The tires on this BMW are Dunlop SP Sport MAXX P245/45R19 98V's with approx 75% of tread life left. I have two master keys, one valet/wallet key, the set of original carpet floormats, some all weather rubber floormats, some service records, and the full set of owners manuals with the original window sticker.
