Extremely rare hard to Find 56 Austin Healey 100 BN2. Purchased from last owner of over 20 years. Much has been done to the car over the years to bring it into the shape its in. The body and paint is in great shape and has just been wetsanded and polished to a great shine to make it even better. There are no dents or rust bubbles anywhere on the body. The wheels were replaced with new chrome wire wheels and new chrome knock offs. It even has a period Talbot racing mirror that's in great shape. The interior is beautiful and has been redone in correct leather and factory style carpeting. A beautiful wood period steering wheel was added as well. The convertible top was replaced and the top frame was powder coated at the same time. Mechanically, It has also had much done. The carbs have been rebuilt, as well as the distributor. It has new plugs, points, condensor, wires, fan belt and the engine has been cleaned, regasketed and painted as it was fundamentally sound. The radiator was gone through and rebuilt. The entire brake system has been fully rebuilt and replaced including Master cylinder, wheel cylinders, brake lines, hoses and brake shoes. It runs great, has 60+ lbs of oil pressure, does not smoke etc. The transmission shifts well, does not jump out of gear or make noise etc. The Brakes work great and the car does not pull to either side. If you are looking for a Healey, this is a great opportunity. This car will be sold to the highest bidder. Unfortunately, I am being forced to sell, so bid to win.
