You are bidding on a 302 V81968 Cougar with automatic transmission, power steering and air conditioning.. I bought this car as a restoration project because it is very clean and an easy fix. My wife lost her job and the last of the toys must go. It is a 302 automatic car that is waiting to be brought back to life. I was going to make a Bud Moore / Dan Gurney Trans-Am clone out of this car. Very cool looking. As I said the car is very clean. There is a small rust hole in the passenger side quarter about the size of a half dollar. It is at the bottom of the quarter not by the wheel well so it is an easy fix. The passenger side front floor pan was replaced when I got it. There is rust around the back window due to this car being a vinyl top car prior to me buying it. It comes with a low mile good running 302 that I pulled out of a truck that had been wrecked.Also has a 4 speed auto or a (3 speed with overdrive) trans that goes with it. The interior is there as far as the seats but they will need to be redone along with the dash pad I was not worried about this since I was going to build a race car clone. I wanted to put all the negatives about the car so you will not be surprised when you buy it. No rust in the front fenders doors hood trunk or underbody. Like I said it is i really good shape and would not take much to put back on the road if you know what you are doing.
