1993 Honda

I purchased this bike around May of 1998. I've had it longer than I've been married, longer than I've had kids, and longer than I've worked on my current job. In fact, I met my wife while riding this this bike many years ago. If this bike could tell the story of the people I've met, the friends I've rode with, the ladies I've ridden on it, and all of the adventures we have been on it would be quite a story. I am placing it up for sale after my recent purchase of a Honda Blackbird 1100xx. I love this bike and hope to sell it to someone who can appreciate the bulletproof reliability of the VFR model. Prior to owning this bike I had a 1987 Honda Magna which had the same type of V-four motor as the VFR. These engines are as reliable as an anvil. I traded the Magna in for the VFR and we have been riding ever since. This bike has served me well and has never let me down. If Honda has ever made a more beautiful colored bike than the "refridgerator" white VFR I have never seen it. This bike is a classic. It has been well maintained and maintenanced. Stored indoors, never wrecked, or driven foolishly. I am somewhat embarrassed by the relatively low milage on the bike. It is not for a lack of trying. I purchased a Honda Pacific Coast a few years ago (which is also posted on ebay) and it has gotten most of the recent commuter miles. The VFR has slight scratches that are consistent with its age. Otherwise the only thing of item of concern is the tires. Both the front and rear tire are in need of replacement. On Feb-27-12 at 14:20:35 PST, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention the bike is all original except for the Vance and Hines aftermarket exhaust pipe. I do have the original exhaust pipe if buyer wants it.
