Vehicle Detail
I bought this bike new at Daytona BMW. The bike is primarily set up for cruising. It has type II barbacks, lowered pegs, passenger backrest and parabellum +4 windshield. I have maintained the bike meticulously as far as service. All fluids current, all systems work and the bike absolutely needs nothing. Seals(clutch and main) were replaced under warranty by Daytona BMW. Accessories include, battery tender, original windshield, replacement new z6 rear tire and clymer manual. Front and rear tires are PR2's and have less then 5k on them. Brake pads near new also. OEM shocks were replaced 10k ago. I have changed oil at 5k intervals with 20w-50 synthetic since the bike was new .It has never needed a drop of oil between changes. i'm a 66yr old rider and the bike has spent most of it's life cruising between 3k and 4k rpm. I'm not a twisty or track-day kind of guy. It has a leather russell day-long seat without the heat strip in the seat. The heated grips and seat work fine, as does the abs and cruise control. Cosmetically the bike looks great, normal wear and tear. It has had 2 garage drops(my bad) and has very minor scuffs as a result. As I said earlier, the bike needs absolutely nothing and is ready for the road right now! cell 727-642-8396--billOn Mar-15-12 at 02:14:41 PDT, seller added the following information: I bought this bike new at Daytona BMW. Also, weather permitting, I'll ride the bike up for delivery anywhere around 12-1500 miles from here in tampa. I'll make an adventure out of it! only stipulation, i pay all food and lodging, you pay return flight. May save a bit on shipping.
