1983 Chevrolet K10 Silverado Pickup Truck Up for auction here is a 1983 Chevrolet K10 Silverado pickup truck fresh out from a full restoration. It has the factory front quad shock option as well as A/C, tilt, cruise, power locks, power windows etc. This baby is clean enough to eat lunch off of, top or bottom!! Comes with the original GM warranty plate and owners manual. This project started as a low mile rust free truck with a blown engine that kinda turned into a full blown restoration. As you can see from the pictures this truck was stripped down to the last bolt and rebuilt from the ground up. Everything has either been cleaned, stripped, or media blasted and painted, and NO this is NOT a Krylon touch job, this was done with real paint by a real body man. Paint is the original paint code for this truck in PPG single stage urethane. If a part was not perfect for placement back on the truck it was replaced with NOS GM parts! You can see in the pics just some of the NOS parts, like new tailgate, new bumpers, exterior trim etc etc. I have lost track of the time and money that has been put into this project but I can tell you that the reserve on this auction is a fraction of what has been spent on it. The engine is a NEW ZZ4 crate motor with Holley carb, valve cover spacers with early style valve covers, optional roller rockers, headers, ignition system, radiator, hoses, ARP hardware throughout. The list seems endless. The A/C condensor is also new and the A/C will need to be charged. The cruise control assembly will be included for you to hook up. You will have the honor of choosing and installing your own radio as well. The 700R4 transmission and the new process transfer case has also been rebuilt. The 700R4 is controlled by a Holley TV cable kit to control the shift points. The brake system has been gone through as well. Calipers, pads, shoes, hardware kits, lines, hoses etc. It has new tires and custom wheels and includes the original wheels as well. Interior is in excellent shape and has several new trim items installed. I have only drove the truck about 150 or so miles and it runs, shifts, and drives excellent! If you are looking for better than new 1983 Chevy 4x4 truck this may be as close as it comes.
