The front rear axle seal has been replaced, as has the rear transmission seal. Hey, if it didn’t leak how would you know it’s a British car? Front bumper has a bend in it. The chrome is not damaged, but the centre of the bumper is bent upwards slightly. I never got around to hooking up the rear window defroster, so I don't know if it works or not; no reason it shouldn't, I just haven't tested it yet. Paint: The car was originally Saffron yellow and has been repainted white. The paint itself is very good with a nice shine, other than chipped areas. The chipping is not in obvious places, and has been touched up; most of it is in the bottom of the rain gutters, so it doesn’t really show. Most people even standing beside the car won’t see the touch-ups. Also, the original master cylinder leaked at some point and took off a little paint under that area (this is under the bonnet and does not show, but it has been touched-up). Seats: The original seats have been replaced with Miata seats. These have been reupholstered in tan vinyl. Miata seats are much more comfortable than the stock seats, but do take away some headroom (if you are over 5’10” you may not like it). No, I don’t have the stock seats. The Miata seats have speakers built into the headrests. There is no radio in the car, but the speakers are there if you install one. Overall: Car starts, runs and drives beautifully. Needs nothing done to it (except maybe the rear axle leak fixed if that bothers you).
