I have a 1980 suzuki gs850. The bike is overall really nice shape for its age. I bought this from a friend who rode the bike for a few years and then he parked the bike in 2009. The gas was drained in the tank and carb float bowls when he parked it. I bought the bike in the fall of 2011 with intentions of getting her on the rode again but since have aquired a dual sport bike to ride so I have not did a thing with this bike and now that I have my dual sport I have no plans for this bike so hear it is. It currently is not running as it has set parked the last three years. It will need a battery and the back tire will need replaced. It has a detachable tourbox,a passenger backrest,a windshield,cruise control,highway bar. The seat looks in nice shape. The tank has one real small ding in the front about the size of a dime. The one plastic sidecover does have a crack but it holds on fine and does not affect anything. I have a free & clear title for the bike. I have never ridden this bike but I do know it ran when my friend parked it as I remember him riding it. But let me be clear as I am sure the bike will require some attention to get it going again. The chrome is pretty nice on the bike and the front tire is good shape.The bike rolls just fine and the brakes seem to work fine. The bike has 37484 miles on it. The bike is sold as is. Please ask any questions as I may have missed something.
