I am the second owner since March 2007. It has everything that came from the factory. The engine & transmission are in excellent WORKING conditions. This is a NO RESERVE (NR) auction. Highest bidder gets the car. I will not end the auction early!!. The reason that I am selling the car is because we have a long commute to school/work. GOODS:(1) All recalls have been completed on this car, including a recent recall in the power brake/booster system (new booster & hoses)(2) A new transmission was installed by the Richmond BMW dealership when the car had 80K miles (35K miles on new transmission)(3) The tires are in excellent condition (85% remaining). It will also come with two additional new uninstalled tires (cost about ~$320 each)(4) All spark plugs, all ignition coils & pressure switch were replaced about 6 months ago along with right valve cover gasket.(5) Crankcase vent hoses were replaced 6 months ago as well.(6) It comes with all original owner's manuals & phone(7) It comes with 2 fairly new keys (entire ignition module was replaced with a new one) BAD:(1) The airbag alarm is on. The alarm was triggered about 2 years ago when I was driving in the snow.(2) I do not have any navigation DVDs.(3) The left parking light is out. I have a new BMW light; however, I have not replace it. It will come with the car (uninstalled)(4) The right side valve cover gasket was replaced 6 month ago. At the time, the left side was OK. Now, it seems that the right side valve cover is leaking oil. It needs to be replaced. I need to add 1/2 quart every 1K miles. I have taken really good care of the car; however, please be realistic on your expectations. It is a 10-year old car. The reason for the low starting price is because of the pending issues.
