Here's an original Fathom Green, black interior, bench seat, big block, 4 speed '69 Chevelle Super Sport car. Has the L in the trim tag which is strongly believed to further prove SS provenance. Original motor is long gone. Currently has a 400 small block in its place, what I believe to be the original Muncie 4 speed with 621 bell housing, and the original 3:31 12 bolt posi rear end. Front factory power disc brakes. Currently is not running & missing distributor, but was running a few years ago. Underneath the car has surface rust but is solid. Floors are all nice & solid with the exception of some spots directly under driver's feet, super solid otherwise & braces are nice as well. Trunk floor needs a little work here & there but it too is pretty decent. Body itself is decent overall, original paint with some crazy stripes that someone added long ago. It does have some rot in the lower quarters & front fenders need a little work. Hood is solid & really nice, however the corners are slightly bent as it was flung open at one time in its life. Roof has a few little creases that would need to be straightened. All glass (tinted) is good. Interior is all there & in decent shape, headliner is pretty nice & has the original Muncie shifter. The passenger side door does not open, not sure if the linkage is locked up or what? I bought the car with intentions to just get running & roadworthy...drive it & have some fun. Personally I like the car because it is all pretty much original, never been tampered with (even has spiral shocks in the rear). It doesn't have 15 coats of paint on it, it isn't someone else's bondo nightmare, just an original car that you can see exactly what's there. I just haven't done anything with it since I've had it & have a student loan to pay off. Great winter project to have roadworthy once spring time rolls around! Serious Inquiries Only Please!
