1972 BMW Bavaria. What a Great Car! This rare sedan was BMW's entrance into the US sedan market. 4 speed manual trans which shifts flawlessly. Engine starts,stops and runs as it should.Straight and smooth at highway speeds as well.Everything works as far as I know. Mileage may change as car is being driven occaisionally as weather permits. Car is orginally from California so had very little rust to speak of but all was repaired prior to paint. New Exhaust,Re-built carbs,great tires,owners manual and repair maual.Car has Fresh professional paint and detail which means this car looks as good as it runs.Interior is great but the drivers seat bottom is torn and was covered with a genuine sheepskin cover. Tires are in great shape and I am confident you can drive anywhere....BUT, please remember this is still a 40 year old, classic car and should be treated as such. Car is sold "as is".If you want a classic BMW that you can drive straight to the cruise-in today,This is it! I also should add that although the toolbox is present in the trunk , not all the original tools are there. There are some extra parts included with car as well, radiator,old starter,1972 license plates,manuals, misc. knobs and hardware and a old carb,I believe. * Although color is a BMW color it is not original to car as I believe the car was white. White paint still evident in engine compartment. * Again, although car looks and runs great, it is 40 years old and not NEW , Perfect or Mint.
