2007 Dodge Magnum SRT8 - 6.1 L Hemi, 425 hp You are looking at a bone-stock, unmolested, 2007 Dodge Magnum SRT8. It is no doubt one of the finest around. I am the second owner and purchased the car in 2010 after it was returned on a 3-year factory lease. It was leased by a lady and I have all the paperwork from the lease. Since it was a lease, all of the documented services were factory performed on schedule. This car is not new, but as close to perfect as a 4 year old car can be. I’ve always stored it inside, and the previous owner must have as well, judging by the exterior condition. The car was purchased as a second car/toy and has been babied as such, but I really haven’t had the opportunity to drive it a lot, so I’m letting it go. For those not aware, the SRT8 is the super high performance version of this vehicle. It is way above and beyond the R/T. The engine has been bored and stroked from 5.7 liter to 6.1 liter, which increases the horse power from 375 to 425. It also has larger brakes with Brembo calipers and is lowered with handling upgrades over the R/T package. The SRT8 is the cream of the Mopar crop, ripe with all the HiPo goodies. And what makes this SRT8 so special is that not only will it preform with all the top sports cars of the day, but it seats five adults comfortably and has enough cargo space for the biggest of big box store trips. Practical and wicked-fast... and FUN to drive! The pictures hide nothing and speak for themselves - but here are a few details: Exterior: Exterior color is Torred Red. The exterior has no dings or scratches. The paint shines deep and has no swirl marks or water circles to speak of. It has brand new tires and SRT wheels that were installed by the Mopar dealership when I bought it. Again, it’s a 4 year old car, but the exterior is a 9 out of 10. Interior: The interior is also mint. The black/gray leather/suede SRT seats are in excellent condition. No rips, tears, scuffs or stains. The front buckets are heated and full power. Carpet, floor mats and interior trim are in great shape. Car still smells “new” on the inside. It also has dual climate controls, and a power sunroof/moon roof. It has a cable installed to charge/play your iPod and control with the steering wheel controls (iPod NOT included… of course J ). Powertrain/Mechanical: The 6.1 liter, 425 hp Hemi really screams. Its scary-fast (If you are interested in such things, the performance numbers on this “wagon” are comparable to the Cadillac CTS-V and not far from the Corvette). Motor purrs, transmission (automatic with a “manual” shift mode) shifts flawlessly. Big Brembo brakes with vented rotors stop on a dime. It also has traction control, with a switch. NOTE: Current mileage is approx. 44,000. As I said before, this car has absolutely no issues and has been babied and taken care of for 4 years. It has all the bells and whistles from the factory. It is rare to find one of these cars at all, much less one in this great of shape that has not been modified, hot-rodded and accessorized. It’s a real find, and will make a nice daily driver or a special cruise-in hot rod. The reserve is reasonable. Bid with confidence, check my feedback - no junk here.
