1957 Ford Van. This is a VERY VERY VERY RARE "FORMER" UPS PACKAGE CAR. This van is all Aluminum!!!! Great shape for its age! Runs and Drives. 223 six with a 4spd. does not over heat or smoke. The van has been striped to Bare ALUMINUM. During the process of removing the paint I discovered it was a former UPS PACKAGE CAR!! All of the UPS BROWN PAINT and LOGOS have been removed. There is a few problems with the van. Some rot on passenger side. lower part outside door pocket area. See pictures for more details. Also the passenger window out, plexi glass in its place. Worn front tires. I drove this van all summer. This van is sold as is where is. This van would make a great HOT ROD PARTS VAN or ????? This thing is so COOL LOOKING!!!! Attention.... This Van was up for auction a few weeks ago. The auction was ended early by request of UPS!! After they re-read the auction it was discovered that there is nothing wrong with the auction. (COPY RIGHTS) UPS also made a OFFER to buy it back and then CRUSH IT!!!!!. We declined!!! UPS does not want these vans sold!!! They scrap most of them. but over the years a few have been sold!!! This is a FORMER UPS PACKAGE CAR. This van has no logos or brown paint on it any more. UPS asked for me to make this clear that it has been removed.
