Beautifully restored 1976 Jeep CJ 5. Restoration is about 5 years old. 3 1/2 inch lift. No rust anywhere... Nice condition Bestop soft top and doors with no tears or rips. Seats are mint- no tears or rips. Dash is mint. All guages and electrics work... very fast original Jeep V-8 with 1-year old Edelbrock intake and dual exhaust. 99,500 original miles. $900 rhino lined rust free bed in grabber orange. Beautiful chrome bumpers, dash, sills etc. Current Virginia state Inspection. 17 inch Goodyear wranglers on Pacer chrome wheels (no spare). Tread appears to have about 75% remaining. The paint is beautiful!!! Why trouble yourself with another CJ that needs work... This CJ is near perfect. A few very minor needs... one winshield wiper has a broken spring and the passenger side mirror has a crack in the frame. Very small crack in paint near front wheel well on passenger side- currently has black primer covering it- see photo's. Buy it now price is a bargain for a CJ of this vintage and in this condition.On Feb-19-12 at 05:28:50 PST, seller added the following information: Two additional minor needs left off original description... will need a new radio antenna (hub is there, aerial snapped) and a new rear view interior mirror. I added the Vin# to the listing. While there is no supporting documentation from the original restoration, it seems very possible that the engine was rebuilt at some point. I base this only upon the evidence that the engine block has been painted (red).
