You are bidding on my fiance's Torrent. She recently took a new job that requires a lot of travel, and even though she gets a respectable 23 mpgs in this vehicle, she is wanting something with even better milage and down-sizing into a car. Car is currently being driven, so mileage may vary a bit. About the car...she bought it last year as a GM Certified used vehicle. The dealer we bought it from had just put on brand new tires and done the brakes. This Torrent runs and drives great and everything works. This is about as loaded up as you could get a Torrent in 2007. It has heated leather seats, remote start, 17 inch Chrome Wheel Package, Sunroof, 6CD Changer with Pioneer Stereo system, StabiliTrak and OnStar. We've had it for a year and has been a great vehicle for us. The only minor issue we have had with the vehicle is the left turn signal not cancelling, but all it was, was a switch that needed replaced so we had it fixed. You will not find a nicer Torrent than this one, I can promise you that. I have already done some price comparison's and shopping online for other cars just like this one and from what I can see on some dealers lots, ours is the best equipped and best condition for your money. NADA suggested retail on this vehicle is $15,200 and KBB suggested retail is $13,400...the actual market value is probably somewhere in between, but I'm not asking that much. My fiance just wants out of it so she can get a new Cruze. There is a lean on the Torrent still but the payoff is well below what rough trade-in value is. I just want to make the prospective buyer aware of the lean because it will take a day or two to get them an updated title. If it makes things easier (as far as legal/paperwork goes) I do have a friend who is a finance manager at a local dealership to us. (thats where I took the pictures, was in their indoor showroom). They can do what is called a "pass through," which is where you would buy the car from me through eBay, but all the legal paperwork can be done though them, which will expedite title work. It is not a requirement, I'm just saying, it is an option if you wish. Like anybody else, we are just trying to get as much as possible for our vehicle before we get another one. But since my fiance wants to get this done so quickly, ( and I want her off my case about getting a new vehicle), needless to say, she is a motivated seller and may consider ending the auction early to any serious buyers with reasonable offers.
