1972 Chevrolet Big Block 454 Super Nova Extremely Nice and well cared for. This was originally a 350 small block car and it was the Original Owner who built and installed the first 454 BBC into this Nova back in 1980, he also did a lot to the suspension as well. Since then just about everything has been rebuilt, replaced and reengineered and is Quite The Machine and Very Fresh with an incredible finish of DuPont Chroma Base in the original color. The interior is the Original Custom Bench Seat Interior in Parchment, it is in good condition although there are a couple split seams on the front seat back and bottom but nothing serious. This series Nova has always been a favorite with the race crowd for its trim compact size that sits on Camaro underpinnings and the fact that it can sport a Big Block Motor with ease and still handel like a good car should weather on the track or the street. We have not had this car to the track yet since it was overhauled but we would surmise mid 11's and you can be the first to find out. Be the King of your street or local strip. There is No shortage of paperwork on this car, Maintenance and Ownership records documented that the Original Owner , it was bought New in San Diego CA in 1972 and kept it until 2000 when it sold to a lady in Venice CA who she kept the car for about 8 years until a club member and friend attained the car and proceeded to rebuild and repaint the car shortly thereafter. Honestly no expense was spared in the building of this car. Only the Best of the Best was used and not only on the drive train and suspension but in the Paint and Body as well. This car is put together well and is a solid, stout and sturdy machine at a Great Price. This is a rust free car and has lived in Southern California its whole life where its hardly ever even seen a wet street let alone any other kind of foul weather.
