The car came to IL about 5 years ago to start this resto-mod. This car has been completely stripped down for a frame off rebuild. The frame was blasted, acid dipped and powder coated and the body was soda blasted. Then the body was painted Lexus Spectrum blue with white stripes. The Underside of the car was painted semi-gloss black. This car has everything mechanical has been replaced on this car and replaced with stock or better parts such as, Hodgkins Lowering springs, Bigger front sway bar, KYB gas shocks, 4 wheel disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors. Brand new stainless Steel gas and brake lines, Aluminum Griffin Radiator with electric cooling fan. The brake booster has been upgraded to a hydro boost set up for greater stopping power. This Camaro even comes with Heat and Air conditioning from Vintage air. The Interior comes with a MOMO racing leather steering wheel, or it can be swapped out for a GM Camaro steering wheel. The front seats were taken out of a Audi TT and Wrapped in Black leather with white stiching, while we took the back seats out of the Camaro and had them redone to match the fronts. We also added a complete sound system thats loud and crisp, complete with CD aux input and usb, so you can play any music you want. The motor is a 489CI Stroked big block with 4 bolt mains, bored and honed .030 over. Forged Eagle Rotating Assembly, (balanced). 10.1 compression SRP pistons, Solid roller cam shafts, Cromemoly roller rockers and push rods, Edelbrock Aluminum cylinder heads, Holley 850HO carb, MSD Distributor, 7quart oil pan. This motor is at hp650 and 623 ft. lbs of torque. Attached to this big block is a custom built Turbo 400 Transmission that can handle 700hp with a 3200 stall. Farther back is a custom made 3" drive shaft made by Suburban drive line, that connects to a Ford 9" rear end with Moser Axles, a 33 spline Detroit locker. And to feed all of that is a Magna electronic fuel pump in the trunk. Everything has been dynamatted, swapped out for stainless, or braided lines.
