hi, I'am selling my 1982 Audi 4000 diesel, i have to many cars and am selling this one to save space, the car runs great and also starts great on very cold mornings, i installed a fast glow plug set up about a month ago. the timing belt, water pump and tensioner where replaced last august, the compression is good and was around 400 psi when i checked it last summer, the pump has also been resealed with a new shaft bushing, the valves have been adjusted and all of the engine seals where replaced, it also has new front struts and mounts, new tie rods, new rear brakes and wheel cylinders, like i said the car starts and runs great, it is a non turbo model, i bought this last winter from someone who let it sit outside, so the paint is badly faded and the interior is complete but rough from sitting in the sun for all those years, there is however no rust on car, it has an alpine stereo and brand new snow tires on it now, it also comes with the summer tires, for the bad news the speedo cable broke about 3 weeks ago and the left dash light is out lastly the right rear door handle is broken, also as you can see in the photo the right tail light has a hole in it, mechanically this car won't dissapoint you, it just needs a good cleaning of the interior and the exterior will need some tlc. thanks for looking, call dave at 402-840-5209 if you have any questions
