1962 Dodge Lancer GT 2 Dr Hardtop Thank you for visiting my auction. We are selling a 1962 Dodge Lancer 2Dr Hardtop. This car is a true survivor. There were 14,140 GT models produced in 1962. All the GT models were 2Dr hardtops with bucket seats. This car has been modified by the owner. The upgrades to this vehicle were not made for speed, but comfort on long road cruises. The car is powered by a sporty 225 Dodge Slant Six with a push button automatic transmission. Clifford headers have been added as well as dual exhaust. The speedometer reads 53,932 miles. Windows have been tinted for a more comfortable ride in the hot summer sun. We preserved the original AM radio in the dash. We just purchased are (4) new tires. A driver side mirror and seat belts have been added for safety. The body has just been completely repainted. All dings and scratches have been removed. No panels have been replaced. To the best of our knowledge, this car has never been in an accident. Most chrome and stainless has recently been done. The upholstery has been restored as well as new carpet and the trunk has been finished to original specs as well. The car looks and drives like new. All of the components and options are in working order. There is absolutely no rust anywhere in this car. These modifications have been done within the last (2) years. This car is garage kept and maintained by the owner’s full time mechanic. Arrangements/Terms A 500.00 Deposit is required from the winning bidder through paypal within 24 hours after the close of auction. Full payment is required in 7 days, via a bank to bank wire transfer or a certified bank check, which will have to clear before the car & title is released, or cash. Buyer is responsible for vehicle pickup or shipping costs. No outside of E-bay transactions - All business & communication will be done within the confines of EBay. I am not accepting trades at this time. I Reserve the right to end auction early. I have the title in hand and it is clear and free of all liens. I believe I've described the car correctly & accurately to the best of my ability based on my first hand knowledge of the car & its condition.
