For sale here we have good, solid Chevy truck. 1972 C-10 model with a 1979 Chevy 305 motor. Truck runs intermittently; the carburetor needs replaced or rebuilt. It starts hard and idles rough. Truck was originally a 3-on-the-tree, but has been converted to automatic. With a little work it would be an excellent work truck; I've heard it run and the engine sounds strong when it is running, no knocks. Frame is very solid, body will last many more years as a work truck, and is not too far gone to be a candidate for restoration. Rear wheel wells and door corners show the worst rust. The bed floor is rusted through in some places. It has very nice chrome Cragar mag wheels with good rubber. Rear tires are Mickey Thompsons. Aluminum toolbox mounted behind the cab. Spare wheel and tire included. This vehicle is for pickup only and will need to be trailered or towed from it's current location in Springfield, VA. PLEASE BE ABLE TO COME GET THE VEHICLE! I cannot assist with shipping or transport in any way, though I can and will help load the vehicle upon pickup.
