1980 Mercedes 450SL Convertible Hardtop Combination This vehicle comes from a family estate. We are the second owners of the vehicle. Runs and drives and can be driven or towed anywhere in the USA. It does need some work. The fan motor for the air conditioner/heater needs to be replaced. The original radio has been replaced with a cheap replacement, I'd suggest looking for an original Mercedes radio. The brakes are good - front end and suspension are also good. Car has all original interior - both upholstery and carpet. The leather seats are 'good' considering their vintage. The back seat still has the original First Aid kit and the trunk still has all of the original road tools. Car also has original paint - new owner will probably want to repaint. For a restoration-minded person, this car can be driven while being restored. As far as we know, the car has never been wrecked and everything on the car is original except for the stereo.
