Great looking and running BMW Convertible. You should note that this vehicle has a salvage title-- I was rear-ended in 2008 and decided to keep the car after it was repaired because I enjoy it so much, especially in the summer! The damage was to the trunk and bumper, and some of the supports underneath. While the car runs very well there are some issues with it right now. --Needs new rear springs--Check engine light is on--Passenger airbag light is on (I have replaced the sensor once, and could be the same issue)--Minor cosmetic damage to front end (see photos)--Missing one BMW Wheel emblem (front left wheel)--Corners of rear seats are a bit worn out--Driver's seat is torn at the seam, about 6 inches--Center brake light needs replacement--Driver's side window needs "help" closing all the way-- it stops about 1/4" from the top--Slight leak on passenger side window, which allows some moisture in during heavy rains--The semi-automatic convertible top opens and closes, but requires some manual "help" along the way The car also has an after-market cd player and amplifier in the trunk, with powerful rear speakers. The front speakers are not functioning. As for the mileage, when I bought the car used, it showed 7,000 miles, though at one point it had 52,000, according to a previous owners statement. I have put 58,000 miles on the car, and the odometer shows 65,174. I believe the actual mileage is closer to 117,000 (65,000 +52,000). Despite all of this, this car runs great and is a lot of fun to drive. If you're looking for a BMW Convertible at a good price, this could be a great deal!
