This Bugeye Race Car was built around 7 years ago to complete in Vintage racing in the Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing events. After a few seasons, it was sold to the current owner who has only used it on the track infrequently. It remains in great shape, and with very little prep it will be ready to be put back on the track. It was built on a solid rust free Bugeye sprite and has been set up to be eligible within the RMVR. it has a 1275cc engine, Ribcase trans and front disc brakes. It has a fuel cell, full roll cage, MSD ignition, alternator remote oil filter, fire supression system, racing seats, safety harnesses and much more. Unlike many other Bugeye racers, it has a solid steel hood that is in great shape. This car would cost more than twice to three times the starting bid to build assuming you could find a rust free car to start with. If you would like to go Vintage Racing, this is a tremendous opportunity. This car must be paid for within 5 days of auction end. As it is a race car, it is sold on a bill of sale and is not registered. If a title is needed, one can be applied for at a small cost to buyer.
