This is a very nice, efficient car which has had the oil changed regularly, been well maintained, and driven conscientiously. Great MB Tex interior and strait body with small rust in the typical MB areas such as the edges of the rear fender wells. Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires with less than 15k mi. This isn't a new care, but it is still a very nice ride. This car starts easily and runs/rides smoothly. This car has pretty much all of the options except for leather heated seats, and I personally prefer the MB Tex due to it's excellent quality and low maintenance. Auto-dim mirror, telescoping steering wheel, dual climate control, electric programmable seats/steering wheel, cruise, power windows, rear child control locks, wood grain interior trim, factory tinted windows, power moon roof, traction control system, ABS, full size spare, 3 integrated garage door opener controls, power front seats (controls work, but act goofy sometimes). Negative: Upon starting (easy start), an engine electronics error message displays on the display. My mechanic said that he could make it go away by replacing the EGR valve, but said it wouldn't change or improve performance by doing so…but wanting to fix everything prior to selling I had the EGR valve (and a relay replaced). This didn’t resolve the error message, but it has been given a clean bill of health from Werner’s Garage in Fort Wayne, IN who will be glad to talk to you about it. One low speed wreck that damaged the left front quarter panel, headlight and bumper. No unibody or structural damage. All of which were repaired with new and proper parts also by Werner’s Garage. This car is ready to drive and would be a great commuter car, especially for someone who drives a lot of interstate miles which is where the diesel engine really shines (36 mpg highway). Avg 28 mpg for city driving. Those are actual mpg figures (I calculate mpg with every fill-up.) I have too many vehicles, so I'm selling this one to decrease my maintenance duties and related costs. There are a lot of nice features on this car that I will miss. If I think of or see any other details about the car, I will update this posting.
