When was the last time you seen one of these big finned cars? Up for grabs is this rare 1960 Chrysler custom 400 big block 2 door hardtop. This is a fun driver quality car. Mechanically its a new car since I've had everything under the hood newly rebuilt. 400 big block V-8 freshly rebuilt with less than 1000 miles, has nice rumbling idle with flowmasters exhaust, aluminum roller rockers and performance cam. Car has a 727 freshly rebuilt Torqueflight tranny, new driveline, rebuilt 8 and 3/4 rear end with 2:76 gears, great for highway cruising. New gas tank, new radiator, new 4 wheel disc brakes, rebuilt steering gearbox, 15' new crager supreme chrome wheels with 15' General white walls. Car has driver quality interioir but could be redone. Body is a solid california car. Its painted satin black but can use body restoration and paint,( paint does have dust in it, but good for driver quality) it does have a few small rust areas under trunk that need to be done and probably alittle in the rockers but cant tell since it does have some body filler but not much, overall this would be an easy restoration or drive as is. Again mechanically everything has been done. Just needs body, paint, and chrome to be a show car. I hate to let this car go, I've got well about $20k into this car, my loss is your gain.
