1964 Mercury Parklane Marauder 2 Door Hardtop 390 V8 - Solid & Complete: This is a fairly solid and mostly complete 1964 Mercury Parklane Marauder 2 Door Hardtop. The car is in need of a full restoration, but is a very rare and hard to find coupe. It is equipped with Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Automatic Transmission, Deluxe Radio, and a 390 V-8 engine. This is an original Kansas car, and consequently is solid overall. There is some rust in the floors due to leaking windows. There are aftermarket floor pans available that can be welded in. The trunk pan is solid, but has some scaling. There is some minor rust through in the rear quarters, and a little starting between the door and wheel well. The drivetrain is in the car, and turns over by hand, but I have not tried to start it. The interior appears to be complete, but the fabric is dry / ripped and will need to be redone. I was intending on restoring the car, but I have more projects than time, so I have decided to let it go. The car is on 4 tires that hold air, and it rolls and steers fine. This is a rare care that is solid and complete, but needs a full restoration, and deserves to be restored to its former glory. I have a clear title and it is ready for the new owner.
