I am also having a problem with changing derection of air flow ,,,[ dash vent,,floor vent ,,or defrost,] the derection switch knob on the dash if I fool with the knob I can get it to change ,right now it comes out of dash vents ,,and a little from defrost and floor. heat works great .and tail gate latch is not working ,thats it for problems..
