THE HISTORY The 530XiT AWD Wagon has only 55,470 miles on it !!! The VIN is WBANN73526CN02844. It was built at BMW's Assembly Plant in Germany in October of 2005. It was sold brand new by BMW of Peabody in Peabody MA on November 29th of 2005 with just 47 miles on the odometer. This original owner purchased the vehicle on a 36 month lease with BMW Financial Services. During the term of the lease, this 530XiT was kept normally serviced at the BMW dealer. At the end of the lease term, on December 10th of 2008 and with just 35,559 miles on the odometer, this 530XiT was lease end turned in to Braman BMW in Palm Beach Florida. Braman BMW saw how well equipped it was and with such low miles so they decided to purchase the 530XiT from BMW Financial Services and put it into their service department for the BMW Certified PreOwned Inspection, and gave it the BMW 6 Year 100k Miles Certified PreOwned Warranty. She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 80 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage although it does have a few stone chips and a few surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The paint is still deep and glossy. The interior shows very little wear... the leather looks very clean and is free of any tears or fade. The carpeting is still plush and free of any significant staining or tearing. The wood trim is free of any fade or cracking. Some of the rims have some minor curb rash. The tires on this BMW are Michelin Pilot HX MXM4's; P225/50R17's with approx 5/32nds of tread life left.
