Offered here is one of the last years of the old school style Ford station wagons. This is one of the most optioned out wagons you will find. It listed for over $20,000 when new. It has such options as the factory-towing package, but apparently no hitch was installed. It has leather seats and the rare side vent windows that were common in much older cars. This may be one of the last cars you can find with these. Tires are good in the back and fair in the front. Has factory dual exhaust. Oil was changed every 4k miles with Castrol 10w 30 high mileage oil. The Good: This car starts the first time every time, and has since I bought it over 4 years ago with 110K miles. I would have no fear in driving this car cross-country. The engine runs very well with no fluid leaks. All windows including the rear, the heater, brakes, and radio all work properly. Even the cruise control still works. The body is solid with only one or two small places of noticeable rust. Radiator, hoses, and battery have been replaced within the past 2 years. The bad: The clear coat is gone and the paint is badly faded. The AC does not work as the compressor is bad, before that it would only blow cold out the defrost vents. The front seats have the normal age cracks in the leather, but no major rips or tears. The cassette player does not work. This car is offered as is with no warranty.
