Up for bid is a great piece of automotive history. This Chevelle is a true SS. The big block 396 is not original but puts out more power. The engine is equipped with aluminum Edelbrock Performer RPM heads and intake and an Edelbrock carburetor. It has headers with 2 1/2” exhaust out the rear. It also has aluminum under-drive pulleys. All this power makes it to the road through the original Muncie 4 speed with a Hurst shifter and 12 bolt rear. Wheels are 15 inch Rallys. Undercarriage is extremely solid and clean. No rust or rot anywhere. Has new tires, new bushings and a new battery. Interior is in very good shape. Headliner has a loose spot which should be easy to fix. Car looks great and is fun to drive.
