Vehicle Detail

The PERFECT CRUISE-IN CAR. I consider this 40 year old car to be a survivor. Outstanding condition for an unrestored car with 65,500 miles. Obviously was garaged, as it is now. Only work done to car that I can see is a repaint to original color, probable new vinyl top, and BF Goodrich tires. I had the car inspected and serviced, with new fluids, belts, and hoses. I had the radiator rebuilt in late 2009-- car probably sat too much and had a small leak. I bought some aftermarket "Dodge" floor mats and put over top of the nice original mats. I replaced one of the front brake disc brake calipers in August 2010. That was the largest mechanical expense I have had. I put in a nice new battery in August 2011-- looks like original MOPAR battery with green caps. No sign of rust or damage to car, per the shop that inspected. Never cut. They appraised the car at $19,000. Chrome is in very nice condition. No pits and no rust. I have ORIGINAL build sheets (found under seats), dealer window sticker (Lee Klinger Dodge of Chicago), and invoice to 1st owner in Illinois (November 1970), plus some other sales material I found in the glove box !!!! This is an optioned car: 318 V8, 2barrel carb, automatic transmission, power steering, power FRONT DISC brakes, AIR-CONDITIONING (it WORKS!), rim-blow steering wheel, light group, ignition switch has a light, body side mouldings, wheel well mouldings, vinyl top, tinted glass. The car has dual exhaust and factory ralleye wheels, but not sure if they were added by dealer or later in the car's life. The only negative? Dealer had the car prepped with Ziebart. So the engine compartment inner fender wells are not pretty. There is still a Ziebart sticker in the window of car. Valve covers, air cleaner, horns, and a few other parts are repainted and nice shape. Car resides in Central Ohio. I purchased at a collector car auction in Auburn, Indiana in late 2009. It has a clear Ohio title-- I am the owner. Buyer must arrange for pick up. NO Trades. Don't bother asking please. If you are not serious, don't bother with the stories that you will have the money in a week, or after you sell the farm tractor, or after a family member dies. OK?
