1949 ford f1 pickup. has been setting since 1996. was told it was running at that time. it turns over, but does not run. i checked and there is current to the points, but no fire to the plugs. i believe it needs a distributor cap . i will try to find one local and see if it starts. but will sell as non running. there is rust in all the normal places. cab corners, fenders, bed edges, bottom of doors which have separated. running boards have rust holes in the middle of them, but are very solid overall. i can stand on them and rock the whole truck. tires hold air but will need to be replace. old and cracked. all glass is good except the passenger window which is cracked . dash is in very good condition. could use paint. has spotlight but do not know if it works. it looks like the truck has been changed to 12 volt system no tailgate engine compartment is in very good condition sold as is clear title On Dec-13-11 at 17:30:23 PST, seller added the following information: SAVE MONEYON SHIPPING! uShip is the first and largest auction stylemarketplace for shipping and transportationservices.
