Greetings! Up for sale is our much loved 1999 Audi A4 Avant wagon which has been my wife's daily drive since 2002.Since I now have a company car and also own an '08 VW R32, we need to downsize in order to get all vehicles into the 2-car garage. The Golf stays. This means that the A4 has to go. : )This has not been an easy decision as my wife is not that keen to drive the R32 and would rather drive the A4 due to it being a cozier, more practical and more luxurious drive, while still being sporty due to the factory sport suspension package.My wife bought this car from CarMax in Richmond, VA in 2002 with 19K miles. It has served her/us well since then, being well-suited for her needs as a stay-at-home mother and our "its snowing, but gotta drive" car.To complement the standard features, here's what I can provide:This is a NICE ride! It is cozy (the leather and wood trim is a nice touch) and the heated front seats are nice in the winter monthsThe Audi has been garage kept for the past 4 years and pampered for the past 10 yearsIt has an incredible (Audi Sport) suspension!All tires are Yokohama Advan S-4 tires (215/55 R16), 75%+ of tread leftI replaced the brake rotors with after-market cross-drilled / slotted versions due to OEM cost (WOW!)Looking at comparably-aged Audis, the interior is in phenomenal condition given its age - no torn or scuffed seats and no stained floor matsBose stereo with 6-disc CD changerFollowing the conversion of another car's headlights to xenon, we converted the Audi to xenon using its factory projector headlights using factory xenon kit (WOW!)Has hauled on the roof: a queen-sized mattress, an entertainment center and (on multiple occasions) my kayakIt has never left my wife/daughter stranded aside from one instance about a year ago when the battery failed (no fault of the Audi)In case you are wondering, the 1999 A4s did not come with the wheels shown. The ones mounted/included are from my previous 2002 A4 3.0 (one has wheel curb rash as shown in the pic). : \ 09/2012 inspection with clean and clear titleNo funky smells (also never been smoked in). A simple bracket or other solution is all that should be needed.Center seat belt is jammed in the retracted position. I do not know why, but will try to address this next weekend.Passenger airbag warning/fault light has come on a few months ago.
