Vehicle Detail
1959 Chevrolet Apache 3200 Fleetside Pick Up Long Bed with Wrap around rear window The Good: Clean Title. Straight 6 runs, drives, stops good. 3 on the tree shifts well. Headlights, brakelights, indicators work. Includes ALL of the Fleetside bed and tail light chrome in excellent condition (it's not on the truck now as I was going to blast the bed but never got around to it) New parts include: master cylinder, Mallory Points-less distributor, carb, fuel pump, fuel line, brake lines, rear shocks, new full size replacment panels for the cab floor (not installed). The not so good: The truck needs a starter - the original failed and I order a new one from Napa - unfortunately Napa sold me the wrong one which does not fit and I have not replaced it so the truck will not start as is. (I have the new wrong one I'll throw in if interested) Lots of surface rust (truely most places it is just surface). Cab floor is rusted through but I'm including the new full size replacement panels, passenger side rear cab corner is completely gone - driver side is rusty. Bed wood is gone but all retaining pieces are present and in good shape. Seat is in bad condition. Crack in windshield. Rear of both fenders is badly rusted. I've highlited the major issues in the pictures. I don't want to sell this but I lost my job and I have too many other projects and bills so this must go. Please e-mail any questions or if you need specific photos of something. I've had someone offer me $1000 just for the Fleetside bed chrome so I'm starting the bidding for the whole truck there. I hate the idea of parting it out. Thanks!
