THE HISTORY The Mercedes SL500 has only 47,967 miles on it... that is only an average of 5k miles per year of driving which is actually a lot less than the normal 15k/yr most people do !!! The VIN is WDBSK75F63F013991. It was assembled in MB's Bremen plant in Germany and imported into the USA in March of 2002. It was sold Brand New on March 29th of 2002 with just 8 miles on the odometer. This original owner lived in McLean Virginia and kept this SL500 normally serviced at Mercedes of Tysons Corner. In late 2006, this original owner moved from VA down to South Florida. The SL500 was then kept normally serviced at Mercedes Benz of Palm Beach and the CarFax report has entires with dates and mileages of these services. After being enjoyed for just about nine and a half years (talk about long term pride of ownership), in November of 2011 and with just 47,917 miles on the odometer this SL500 was traded in at Braman BMW in Palm Beach Florida on a brand new vehicle they had for sale. I just purchased this SL500 from Braman BMW to offer for sale here on eBay. THE CONDITION The overall exterior condition of the vehicle is very good. The vehicle looks absolutly great for its age and mileage although some very minor surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The metallic paint is deep and glossy. The very bottom of the front bumper has a minor crack in it from a parking curb but it does not look bad in any way. The interior shows very little wear. The leather looks very clean and is free of any tears or fade. The carpeting is plush and clean. The dash and door panels are in great shape. Some of the rims have some minor curb rash. I have one master key, one keyless go card, the owners manual, the 6 CD cartridge, the Motorola cellular phone, the Southeast Nav disc, and a set of BRAND NEW STILL IN THE WRAPPER carpet floormats.
