Thinking about moving some funding for another project and I'm testing the waters on Selling my baby. I feel bad since I never get to drive it. It just sits in my climate controlled garage til the weekends. It's one of the cleanest OBS trucks you'll find around here. It's been garage kept it's whole life and it shows. Clean carfax report. The chassis has 148k miles on it. All the following mods were installed with the last 5k miles. I have a folder FULL of receipts and lots of pictures of all the goodies. This truck doesn't leak a drop of oil. There is nothing mechanically wrong with this truck. I am extremely picky and it shows! Engine: New 7.5L shortblock. Bored .040 over. 468 cubic inches. Custom Comp Camshaft, 262/280 114+4 Original F3 Heads were professionally built. PC seals, Milled, 3 angle valve job. COMP cams springs, locks retainers. Matching Comp springs to match cam. Mild port and polish. Vortech V-1 S-trim supercharger. Set at a very safe 5PSI of boost. Hedman longtube headers Dual 2.5" Y-pipe into 3" Magnaflow truck muffler, split into dual 3.5" tips. Decently quiet at idle and loud when pedal down. Sounds great, especially with the camshaft. Of course, all new accessories. Water pump, timing chain, harmonic balancer, belts hoses, plugs, taylor wires, etc.. We don't have emissions testing here. So I did the smog-pump delete. I still have and will include all the smog equipment. Still has EGR in tact and working. Easy as putting the smog pump back on. The truck is professionally dyno-tuned. Has quarterhorse chip with remote USB connection so you can plug a laptop right into it. 30lb super coupe injectors. It put down a very safe 305RWHP and 420 RWTQ. In August I ran it at Truckfest '11 at Bandimere Speedway. It ran 15.8 quarter mile which is amazing considering it's over 6200lbs empty! That would be high 14's at sea-level, as is. Transmission: ZF-5 5-speed manual transmission. Professionally rebuilt 3k ago. New 1-2 and 3-4 shift forks. All new synros and seals. Topped off with a HARD-TO-FIND Rosewood Diesel billet short throw shifter! New 12" LUK clutch kit. Axles: This being a REAL F350 (not a conversion) it has the #'s matching open Dana 60 in front. Fluids flushed. Sterling 10.25 rear. with factory Limited Slip unit, new DANA SPICER clutch pack 3k ago. Fluids flushed. Wheels are nice USA made aluminum rims. Hard-to-find FORD centercaps. Closed lugnuts, looks great. Not one single scratch, ding or rash on the rims! Tires are popular BFG A/T KO 35x12.5x16.5. They are right at half tread and years left in them. Suspension: 3" SKY MFG front shackle reversal leveling kit. Rides great for a 1-ton truck. Still retains stock FORD spring pack front and rear. Pro-Comp drop pitman arm. Dual front (not pictured) Bilstein 5125 shocks. Steering stabilizer. New drag link and tie rods. Ball-joints were replaced with grease-able units. Professional digital alignment. Body: Original paint looks GREAT 8.5 out of 10. Few very very small dings here and there. Easy to pull out via PDR (Paintless dent removal) All original body panels. No wrecks, carfax verifys this. Matching keyed-alike locking gas caps $$. Truck had a OEM drop in plastic liner it's whole life. The bed is in EXCELLENT condition!!!!! I dont like plastic liners so I took it out and put in a heavy duty rubber bed mat with hard-to-find matching tailgate liner. Oh, and there is ZERO, I repeat, ZERO rust anywhere on this whole truck. It's a clean Utah truck. Diamond cut headlights. Very bright at night. Matching set of aluminum diamond plate red label tool box, nerf bars, wrap-around bed rail and tailgate protectors. As seen in the pictures the original firestone spare tire as never even been used. Interior: XLT trim, cruise control, leather wheel, power windows and locks. Ice cold air conditioning. Great heater. Sliding back glass window professionally tinted with 5% limo tint and tasteful 30% tint on sides. Seats have no rips or tears. Foam is great, not flattened out. Has the nice 40/20/40 bucket seating. Power lumbar too. Dash pad perfect condition. No sun fading or anything. Quality autometer Boost/vaccum gauge and column pod. Tekonsha trailer brake controller. This truck tows great and even rides better with a load in it. Stereo: JVC CD/XM/front IPOD/USB port head unit. I am VERY picky and it's even GREEN lighting to match all the instruments. MTX thunder 10" DVC sub in slim custom enclosure. MTX Class D mono Amp bridged. Pioneer 3-way OEM-fit speakers all way around. Quality amp wires. 1farad capacitor, etc..... This truck isn't perfect but it's close. Must see to believe. As with all my Ford's, I get compliments everywhere I go. This truck is literally a trophy winning truck in amazing condition. There is no expense spared with my baby. You couldn't build it for near what I've got in it. I'm sure there's LOTS of stuff I've left out of this description. Let me remind everyone that a gasser is far cheaper to operate than a Diesel. Diesel fuel is currently $0.58 PER gallon higher than unleaded. Now take you average Powerstroke that gets 15mpg, and this truck that gets 10mpg but has much cheaper fuel. Do the math yourself. Don't get me wrong diesels are fun and nothing tows better than one but IMO if you don't have a trailer behind your truck every day of every week then it's not worth owning one, especially in cold weather. This truck will start up in any cold weather you throw at it. Don't have to plug it in, AT ALL! Don't have glow plugs that go out, single battery instead of dual batteries, 6qt oil vs 15qt oil changes. Don't have to put additive to the fuel. The list goes on and on. Not to mention this truck is already faster than a full stage 1 Powerstroke. Proven. So it's a win win. I love to argue about gas vs diesel to the 'diesel boys' and get them all riled up. But the truth is the truth and the fact are the facts. Just wanted to remind everyone about how awesome this truck is. I certainly DO NOT want to sell. Money talks and BS walks. Your not going find a nicer OBS truck inside and out than this. It's a litterally a trophy winner.
