FEES AND WINNING BID OBLIGATIONS

Each vehicle is subject to a $299 Documentary this fee is absolute in order to make the process as easy as possible. This is Non Negotiable, everyone must pay this fee, no exceptions. Also If you are picking up a vehicle from out of state to drive back to your home state a $10 for a Temporary Tag good for 30 days as well as your registration (please be sure that you have valid insurance and are able to provide a copy of your policy). Also, if you are picking your vehicle up and driving back, we do not collect the sales tax of your home state and provide you with an "out of state sales tax affidavit" and when you register the vehicle in your home state, the sales tax will be charged, so you must pay taxes at that time. TITLE INFORMATION

In the State of Florida, most titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments from the time the vehicle is paid off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.
