Dial in time only. We started with this Very Rare Plymouth "A" Body That is is capable of running in the 8’s through the mufflers on a 10.5 inch DOT tire. This car is Brutally fast. This is an entirely fresh and unique build from the drawing board. You will never see anything like this in your neighborhood... This "A" body began life as an ultra rare, rust free, accident free low mileage 1969 V8, manual transmission 2 door Post Plymouth Valiant. The car was first stripped to bare metal.The chassis was then tied and a one off NHRA spec powder coated 12 point roll cage was custom fabricated along with aluminum race seats with five point harnesses and Howe quick release steering hub. The factory door panels, headliner, steering colum and dash remain stock, original and uncut. The car remains all steel, all of it's body panels and chrome trim are original with the exception of glass bumpers and cowl induction hood. Paint work is show quality. B1 Engine. Original B1 heads. No expense spared built 499 cubic inch race build. Solid roller, externally oiled motor. This monster makes an easy 825hp on the soft tune up off the bottle. It will idle and run on the street without loading up. Cooling is handled by a Meziere electric pump, Afco Nascar radiator and external electric fan with shroud. Custom built one off big tube performance coated headers and exhaust with pan evac. Pro race built 727 transmission, reverse pattern with brake. Electronic reverse. Moser/Strange Engineering narrowed full comp Dana 60 rear. Custom fabricated adjustable rear suspension, Super Stock B body springs, incorporating new generation Cal Trac technology and fully adjustable Rancho shocks. This car hooks hard enough to jerk the taste out your mouth. Nitrous Oxide Systems power shot plate system. 4 wheel disc brakes incorporating the best of both Wilwood and Aerospace Engineering components designed to our specs, plumbed with steel braided lines. Custom Competition Pro Mod wheels, Real monoques. 3 piece design up front on front runners. 3 piece bead locks on the rear with radial DOT competition tires. Intergrated Full floating Custom Aluminum fuel System. Complete custom intergrated floating Pro series Barry Grant fuel system feeding a flowed Demon Dominator carb. Steel braided lines plumb the system. MSD 7AL2, Pro power coil and Pro billet distributor. Digital voltage meter monitors output.
