I am listing a very amazing 1988 Mercedes 300TE and rust free. I bought it this year from the second owner and it has been a wonderful, but I want a G Wagon. With the car goes all the services records dating back to when the car was purchased new as well as the window sticker. So here it is on EBay. This car is almost 24 years old and it has only 133 k miles on it and drives very tight as it should. These 3-liter Gas engines are known to be the most reliable engines Mercedes ever built. They usually go for over 500k miles with good maintenance before any major engine work is needed. There are several cars with the same engine on EBay right now with 400k + miles and still running well. This particular wagon was always pampered and it shows. It was finished in Nautical Blue Metallic with palomino color interior. I’ve always had the babied. The paint shines like new and it is a gorgeous color combination with the tan interior. I get compliments on the car all the time. The interior is also still in incredible shape, but the leather is just starting to show it’s 24 years, as the many pictures will show. Even the wood panels are still in excellent condition. But please see all the up-loaded pictures. They can tell the story better than I can. But the best thing about this car is the way it drives. It always starts up right away and it is a pleasure to drive. Even at the very high altitude (5,000 feet) the car has lots torque. The transmission shifts perfectly through all the gears. Just last month I’ve had a full service done on the car. All the fluids were changed, the valves adjusted and new tires were installed. This car is ready to go for every driving for many years to come. With the low miles it would be a good candidate for a collector/everyday driver. There is just not that many fully loaded wagons with low mileage and in this condition around anymore, so they have been going up in value over the last few years already. This wonderful wagon is 24 years old and because of it will be sold "as is" and without a warranty. I would prefer to sell it to somebody local, who could actually come out and see /appreciate it.
