Up for auction is this rare 1947 Buick Super 8. It is very solid and fun to drive. Everything on this car is in remarkable condition. This Super is un-restored and 100% complete. 29,000 documented original miles. The body is rock solid with no body work anywhere. The chrome is straight and shines quite well. There are a few scratches and chips and needs some touchup around the trunk. Engine is original straight eight. It starts right up no smoke and no leaks. Runs smooth and quiet as it should. Transmission is manual three on the tree and it shifts perfectly. The brakes are fine too. Interior has some minor rips in the front seat and the door panels are a bit discolored from age.
