1966 Chevelle Malibu non SS. Body was taken off frame and the frame was sand blasted and then sealed with a black epoxy frame paint. Every bushing,(A Arms,upper and lower control arms,body,was changed using energy suspension parts.The 12 bolt posi rear then was rebuilt changing all wheel bearings,seals, gaskets,and cover plate. New springs were put in on all four corners with new shocks. All four wheels were rebuilt with new wheel cylinders,brakes,spring kits. All new brake lines and hoses. The front end was totally rebuilt using new ball joints upper and lower ,inner and outer tie rod ends,center drag link,and idler arm. The engine was totally rebuilt. It is a 307 bored .60 bringing it up to a 312 cubic inch. A 10.5 to 1 flat top TRW piston was used. It has a crane 327 350 hp hydraulic cam with comp engineering roller tip rockers. It has the early style correct heads (462 casting) brand new Edelbrock polished intake. Hooker ceramic coated headers. The turbo 350 trans was also totally rebuilt. I have just about everything to compete the car. the only thing i'm short is the carpet and head liner. I have a brand new four core radiator new door panels, all new lenses way to much to list and most of it is brand new. Alot of parts there are two of as we did have a parts car a while back. The rust was cut out and replaced with metal, BUT the car comes with all brand new pans (trunk and floor) and brand new full size 1/4 panels. Also the stock dual exhaust system comes with it,two dash pads,new glove box,new arm rests,new trim parts,new energy suspension front sway bar and bushings. New bolt kits for everything,(fenders,door panels,etc.) new G.M. fan shroud. reconditioned front wheel houses.66 console complete. plus much more!!!
