I bought this truck at the local dealer wholesale auction and it is for sure a nice truck. I have driven this truck for a month or so and it runs and looks very good. To start the engine runs very well and all seems to working well under the hood, I put in a new set of batteries last week, one was weak so they both went, starts everytime. No blow by, runs very well, good response and power range. Has good power and pulls a trailer loaded without a problem, it has not been fiddled with, not turned up or hot rodded. Just the best engine they ever made in this truck. Transmission shifts good in all gears and reverse, fluid was perfect when I got it. I changed the filter and fluid anyway. I put in some Trans-X to condition it, when cold it hesitated a second before taking off, when warm it goes into first gear instantly, I assumed the valve body had a little varnish built up, shifts good, otherwise. 4x4 works great in high and low, has manual lock outs and perfroms with no problems. Brakes are working good and I put a new set of pads on the front this week. Suspension is good and rides good, just greased up the front end when serviced. Wheels set up straight. Tires are good as pictures show, wheels are nice and straight. Drive shafts are all good, I put in a rear u joint in the driveshaft a few weeks ago. Glass is all good. Body has no rust on it, clean and pretty straight, above average for the year and miles I would say, one crack on the plastic down low on the quarter flare on the passenger side rear. Paint is all glossy and shines up nice. Lights all work fine, has automatic headlights so if you forget to shut them off you wont kill the batteries. I have a gooseneck hide a ball hitch, not in it presently but goes with the truck, otherwise the series 4 hitch is there and wired up, ready to pull, I have a spare brake controller too. Leather is in very good shape and so is the carpet, has heated seats in the front. Dash is in great shape. Radio works good, the cd player isnt working, but all else works good with it. Wipers, cruise, air, controls for climate, all works good, locks windows and such. Well you can jump in it and drive a 1000 miles if you want, I think you will really love this truck.
