The 2004 Volvo S60 R AWD, is the latest in the Swedish company's line of "R" designated performance cars, it comes standard with a 5-cylinder, high-boost turbocharged engine that develops 300 horsepower at 5500 rpm, plus 295 lb-ft of torque all the way from 1950 to 5250 rpm. It also comes with a very smooth shifting 6-speed close-ratio, short-throw manual transmission, electronically controlled all-wheel-drive, and sophisticated computer-actuated suspension that adjusts to driving conditions 500 times per second. In other words, this isn't your father's Volvo. In fact, it's a huge leap from Volvo of just a few years ago. The R models are the first Volvos to incorporate the active 4C (Continuously Controlled Chassis Concept) technology that offer three driver-selected levels of ride and handling. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. You are always welcome to personally inspect any vehicle or have a third party do so. We will accomodate this process as best we can. We do offer transportation from the local airport in Lexington, KY (LEX). We are not responsible for shipping, but will help you arrange shipping as best we can.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

Fee and Tax Information: All transactions will be charged a $98 documentation fee. Kentucky residents must pay sales tax at time of purchase (6%). Kentucky residents are subject to registration, title and transfer fees not to exceed $350. Any payment method other than cash must be completely funded to our account before vehicles or titles will be released. Except for certain circumstances, titles and vehicles will not be released simultaneouly. Payment and paperwork could take several business days, so please allow ample time before making pick up or shipping arrangements. State law requires that we collect a copy of a valid driver's license and proof of insurance in whoever's name the vehicle will be titled on all transactions.
