An incredibly clean low miles Southern California series 1 XJ6 with a professionally instated 350 4 barrel Chevy crate engine & Turbohydramatic 400 transmission that is strong and shifts well. The car has a working odometer with 50985 miles and counting. She has had a high quality repaint with all attached pieces removedThat looks great, both front and rear bumpers have been rechromed, the front and rear seats are new and have new inserts. The wood on the dash and doors has been refinished, the door cards are new and the dash has no cracks. This car runs and drives but has just come out of 10 year storage..the paint is amazing, the chrome is great and the glass has no cracking or yellowing. The undercarriage is clean and rust free...the rear 4 shocks are brand new and the car has had the very expensive rear brake job done. If you know Jaguars the rear brakes are inboard so a brake job is about a $1000 proposition...this has been done and is new. What is needed is a headliner, floor carpeting front and back as it was removed and misplaced and some general freshening as to be expected from a car garaged for 10 years. The car has been on Planned Non Operation in CA since late 2001 and garaged here in San Diego until 2 weeks ago. There is a clean CA title to the car, good tires with at least 50 percent tread left and she runs strong. This has been a California car all its life according to the man I bought her from who had her for 20 years...
