"Anicca the Wild Horse" Anicca is a 04' BMW R1150GS Adventure model. 2 cylinder boxer air/oil cooled w/twin spark plugs. 6 speed transmission. Being part of the Adventure model species she has a larger fuel capacity tank, 7.9 gallons, Stainless Steel braided brake lines, anodized wheels. She loves to be ridden all over the country. I just took her on a 2k trip all the way down CA route 1 along the coast from Redding to the coast at Eureka to Los Angeles and back up to here. 46k miles of strict BMW maintenance schedule followed to a "T" on her and counting... oil changed every 3k with synthetic oil. Gear box and rear wheel drive fluids just changed 2k ago with synthetic oil. Tires in like new condition with about 2k on them, Dunlop Trail Max radials. The Wild Horse has two skid plates to protect her undercarriage, Stanton Engine guards and a roll cage to protect the engine from a side impact if she decides to buck you off and fall over... Anicca features two lockable Jesse Pannier side hard cases that are amazing. These have much more room than the stock plastic cases and they open from the top so your gear doesn't fall out every time you access them. Quick and easy to remove to bring into your tent or hotel so you have all of your gear close to you and accessible. Also included is a top mount case in the rear, yellow hard case. Z Technik Vstream tall windshield to keep any bugs or bees from hitting you in the face. Heated grips to keep your hands warm on those cooler night rides. ABS brakes. Original tool kit with extra goodies and larger tool compartment installed. Custom headlight protector. Hardwired up for a GPS. Throttle Lock. Repair manual and original owners manual. She tells me she is looking for an owner who will treat her well and keep bringing her on exciting adventures across the country. The only negative about the bike is the Front Brake lever is broken, but you can pick these up on ebay for about $50.
