It was built at BMW's Assembly Plant in South Carolina in August of 2007. It was sold Brand New on a 30 month lease by Braman BMW in Miami Florida on September 29th of 2007 with just 99 miles on the odometer to an owner who lived in Miami Florida which is a very affluent area. This Z4 3.0SI was kept normally serviced at the BMW dealership. At the end of the 30 month lease term, this original owner turned in this Z4 3.0SI to Braman BMW who promptly purchased it from BMW Financial Services to keep for themselves. This was all done on August 31st of 2010 with just 15,522 mles on the odometer. Braman BMW put this Z4 3.0SI out for sale and quickly found it a new loving owner. THE CONDITION It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 70 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage although it does have a few very minor stone chips and a few very minor surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The interior shows very little if any wear... the leather looks very clean and is free of any tears. The carpeting is plush. The tires on this BMW are the proper sized P225/40R18 88W's with approx 4/32nds tread depth left in the front and P255/35R18 94Y's with approx 8/32nds tread depth left in the rear. Some of the rims have some very minor curb rash. I have one master key, the complete set of carpet floormats, the navigation dvd, and the full set of owners manuals.
