NO RESERVE AUCTION!!! The Packard has brand new radial tires. Brakes work perfectly. Runs and drives beautifully. It has a flat head 8 cyl. It was originally built for US NAVY as a light weight, short wheel base. Does not have any sirens or lights. Rust in two front floor board areas, rusted areas have been removed, and patched in with 18 guage sheet metal. Other wise no rust anywhere on the car except for surface rust.
